Burcin is a senior manager with a long history as a biochemical scientist. After realizing her passion for people she decided to shift her career towards management and built extensive experience. She worked for different disciplines and companies in several roles managing people, projects and performances. She is handling operations within the company to set up the path towards a successful future.
