I'm driven to bring new hardware designs to reality by managing diverse experts to exceed demanding performance and lifetime requirements. At Tesla I managed the hardware development test and analysis team, which was responsible for testing various hardware systems for the Model S, X and 3 vehicle platforms. I'm now the Head of Engineering at QphoX, where we are working on meeting a new set of difficult to achieve performance and reliability requirements.
