A 30-minute digital call where we get to know each other and where you can learn about our ways of working. This is also a great moment to ask any questions you may have about QphoX.
A 60-minute digital conversation where you will meet our hiring managers in two separate 30-minute calls. This is a mix of a cultural and technical interview where we dive deeper into your experience, expertise and skills as well as how you would fit into our diverse and multi-disciplinary team.
In this round, you will be giving a technical presentation highlighting your knowledge and technical expertise related to the role with a topic of your choosing followed by a Q&A.
Afterwards there will be a series of conversations with the team members as well. This is not only for us to see the technical fit, but also a good time for you to assess your click with the team you will be working in.
To finalize our interview process, we will schedule a 30-minute digital call with the senior management to exchange impressions, further discuss the technical aspect of the role and answer any further questions you may have.
Our decision is based on all the information that we gather, including the reference call. In order to achieve that, our hiring manager would like to schedule a call with your selected referees.
